DIRECTOR OF PICKLEBALL
The Pickleball Hall is seeking a Director of Pickleball who will be responsible for the daily oversight of all pickleball programming including developing, promoting, managing and scheduling private lessons, clinics, open play, leagues, ladders, special events, and tournaments for our members.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is able to interact and instruct players of all levels and ages. The Director of Pickleball should be a person who can build authentic relationships with members, and help members and program participants connect with each other and the Pickleball Hall.
FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE
The Pickleball Hall is seeking friendly and personable Front Desk Associates. The Front Desk Associates are responsible for creating and maintaining a friendly, welcoming, and fun environment at Pickleball Hall. Front Desk Associates are the people who greet each of our members warmly, with enthusiasm and consistently go above and beyond to enhance our members’ experience. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to current Pickleball Hall members, prospective members, and guests. This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members. Equally important is the emphasis that these tasks are to be performed in a manner that delivers an amazing experience for our members and guests.
ASSISTANT CLUB MANAGER
The Pickleball Hall is seeking an Assistant Club Manager who is highly motivated, welcoming, and well organized individuals. The Assistant Club Manager (ACM) is responsible for providing a legendary member experience for a brand new Pickleball club. The ACM will ensure the club provides high levels of customer service, a consistently clean court floor and bathroom facilities, and friendly/inviting service. The ACM will manage the front desk associates on duty to ensure efficient and effective operations of the Pickleball Hall. The ACM is responsible for fulfilling the programming calendar, making sure appropriate professionals are on hand, and acting as an instructor for some of our clinics. The ACM will report to the Club Manager of The Pickleball Hall.
